Let go of your thoughts from the day. When we strengthen our focus, we can achieve anything!

Shake off your day and find your strength. Get quiet and listen in to find your focus.

Practice looking at a spot and finding your balance. The more you practice balancing here, the easier it becomes to focus on any task at hand.

For this series we follow the story of 'Brown Bear Brown Bear, What Do You See?' by Eric Carle. This is a great series to do in a small group as well to get everyone focused on the story and moving together.
