Mindful Classroom is a solution for bringing mental and physical wellness to the every day lives of kids.
Mindful Classroom provides an in-person mindfulness and wellness solution to help the students develop healthy exercise habits as well as the skills they need to understand their emotions, prioritize their mental health, manage their stress, and feel confident in their bodies.
With this curriculum, we aim to help kids develop the physical and mental fortitude that they will need in order to become successful students as well as happy and healthy humans.
With a focus on yoga and breathing practices, this program teaches kids about physical and mental wellness and guides them in developing health habits that they can maintain long-term. Mindful Classroom provides in-person instruction paired with virtual content.
